The Executive Director, Jeff Gorman, of The Luke Project leads the ministry and oversees its component parts.  He utilizes his creative energy and pioneering spirit to lead urban kids in the heart of Atlanta into excellence and discover God's plan for their lives.  His passion to see urban children and youth become productive citizens is fueled by the deep need of fatherless children living in the cycle of spiritual, educational and financial poverty.

Director of LukeCoach, Ngandu Lunda, of The Luke Project leads a team of life coaches who mentor youth ages 7-15.  Ngandu and his team work with 2-3 young people at a time in small group settings where prayer, Biblical instruction and encouragement help guide urban youth into excellence.
