LukePrep, which is modeled after a college preparatory school or program, is our "Urban Institute for Continuing Education". The goal of LukePrep is to provide students with Biblical literacy skills, as well as critical life and educational skills, in an exciting and relevant format. The curriculum includes topics such as reading, writing, math, science, civics and electives such as tennis, rock climbing, swim lessons, job exploration, health, fitness, budgeting and community service days. The Biblical literacy component for each class is incorporated as an integral part of the curriculum. LukePrep serves urban youth ages 7-15 and provides an opportunity for participants to earn special reward field trips. One of our featured reward trips is WinterCamp, which is a weeklong session of overnight camp to reward hard work and provide camper's life experiences, and challenges they have never encountered. BeachCamp, is another reward trip involving a weeklong session of overnight camp to the beach. Students earn this trip by completing a 100-day Bible study in addition to LukePrep classes.
